I am a person who never stops searching. It took me a long time to get to who I am. To find myself. Or rather, to build myself – from my different essences. It took me a long time to gather the paths and hold them in my hand – without them scattering, without them scattering me. I found them. I found myself. Then I decided that I had a duty to help others find themselves, especially children who wander between the richness of their Roma roots and the attitudes of the majority; to help others – children and non-children who belong to the majority and have not had the fortune to touch the magic of Roma folklore.
I have tried many things in my life until I found my calling. For me, Amalipe is exactly that. For me, Amalipe is a calling and recognition. A calling – to be part of the process that leads to the development of the Roma community; recognition – seeing the self-confidence in the eyes of children and their desire to prove themselves in society.

I work at the Amalipe Center, driven by the deep conviction that every child deserves a chance for a better future. For me, education is not just knowledge – it is a tool for overcoming social barriers and building a sustainable society in which everyone can unleash their potential.
The reason you are joining the team is precisely my desire to help young people not give up on their dreams and believe that they can achieve more. Every success, every child who stays in school and moves forward, is a small victory for our future as a society. I believe that together we can change destinies and create a world in which education is accessible to everyone, no matter where they start.

I am happily married with a wonderful family and I am part of the team of the Amalipe Center. I work as a Regional Pedagogical Coordinator for Northwestern Bulgaria and I am proud of it. I believe that the people in my region are positive, which makes me love my job. I am a psychologist by profession and perhaps this helps a lot in the conversations I have every day. For myself in terms of development, I can say that I have been working since I was 16 and have gone through many fields, which has enriched me as a person. Of course, the field of education suited me quite well, but I have my own vision for it and I believe that the Amalipe Center is the place where changes in laws and regulations happen.
I don’t like to lump people together because everyone is an individual and I believe, no matter how naive it may sound, that every person has their positive sides. If we discover and develop them, we will show the world, and also humanity, that we live in a great time, in a very rich world.

Amalipe’s mission to promote intercultural dialogue and tolerance resonates deeply with me. As a regional coordinator, I have the opportunity to be part of the process of change and contribute to building a more cohesive society.
As a regional coordinator at Amalipe, I am inspired by the opportunity to work with diverse communities and contribute to creating a more just society. Seeing how our programs have a positive impact on the lives of children and families, as well as working with such a cohesive and dedicated team, makes this job extremely satisfying.

Family man, father of 4 children. I live in a house near Kazanlak at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountains. I can boldly say that I am an altruist at heart. Amalipe’s mission quickly became my cause. The change I see in the students we work with inspires me and makes me happy.
