A Consultative Council for coordination, management and monitoring of the implementation of the Strategic Framework for the Development of Education, Training and Learning in the Republic of Bulgaria (2021-2030) was established.
By order of the Minister of Education prof. Tsokov was established a Consultative Council for coordination, management and monitoring of the implementation of the Strategic Framework for the Development of Education, Training and Learning in the Republic of Bulgaria (2021 – 2030). It will be chaired by Deputy Minister Emilia Lazarova. It will also be attended by Deputy Ministers Natalia Miteva and Tania Mihailova, Head of the Cabinet Natalia Mihalevska, experts from the Ministry of Education and Science and the Central Coordination Unit at the Administration of the Council of Ministers and representatives of NGOs. Among them are Unicef, Trust for Social Achievement, Center Amalipe, Association “Education without Backpacks”, Alliance for Early Childhood Development, National Network for Children, Teach For Bulgaria, Institute for Research in Education, Health and Social Development Foundation. Center Amalipe will be represented by Deyan Kolev.
The Strategic Development Policies Unit in the Directorate for Strategic Development Policies, Qualifications and Career Development will act as the secretariat of the Advisory Board. Its immediate task is to finalise and approve the Implementation Plan for the Strategic Framework for the Development of Education, Training and Learning in the Republic of Bulgaria (2021-2030). A draft version of the Plan was published for public consultation at the end of November.
