Meeting under the Dreams Road project with the associated partner St. George the Victorious School in the town of. Suvorovo
On 15 July, a meeting was held on the Dreams Road project with the associated partner St. George the Victorious School in the town of. Suvorovо. The meeting was attended by the director of the school Mrs. Mariana Velikova and Vladimir Ivanov, from the center Amalipe attended Teodora Krumova, Deyan Kolev, Daniela Kancheva, and Atanas Atanasov.
The meeting started with introducing the participants to the objectives and the main activities of the project, discussing in detail the establishment of Learning Labs. All participants took part, suggesting different ideas, but within the meeting, several goals were highlighted, such as:
The Learning Lab will be able to be both stationary and mobile. The plan is to operate on a schedule, with Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays being stationary at the school, and all who wish and want to can take advantage. Tuesdays and Thursdays to be mobile, and it is envisaged to be in various locations to be used in community centers or other institutions that are suitable (there remains, as an option, to refurbish a van in which to install the equipment and tour the locations).
Qualified teachers will be responsible for the learning labs, as well as the educational facilitator assigned to the school.
Portable pilot implementations are rooted in the development of computer-supported collaborative learning labs as catalysts for knowledge, hands-on learning, and access to digital technologies where members of neglected and often failed communities can gain the skills and know-how to function as informed consumers and equal members of society.
The project is co-financed by European Union funds (ERDF, IPA, ENI)
