The results of the contest “Girls with Dreams” will be announced on June 10 – International Roma Women’s Day!

Due to the state of emergency and the changed situation in which we found ourselves in the last more than 2 months, the whole team of Amalipe Center had to change the direction of their activities. We focused our efforts on the Old Devices for a New Beginning Campaign, in supporting educational mediators and schools in the newly introduced distance learning. We canceled all planned mass activities – parent trainings, Pedagogical conference, Open Heart Festival…

Unfortunately, due to the living conditions in danger from COVID-19, the Ambassador / Minister initiative for 1 day had to be canceled, which was the main prize for the winners of the contest “Girls with dreams: let’s turn the page”, organized by Amalipe Center and club Zonta – Stara Zagora.

However, we have not forgotten about all of you who participated and did your best in preparing the great materials that you sent us. Therefore, in the coming weeks your works will be presented to a jury of professionals in the relevant fields and on June 10 – International Roma Women’s Day, we will announce the results. And we will do an award ceremony later – at the first possible and reasonable moment.

Thanks to everyone who participated! Expect June 10 – the day of the Roma woman, when we will find out the winners of the contest “Girls with dreams: let’s turn the page”!
