The Roma Children’s Festival ‘Open Heart’ became part of the Association of Festivals in Europe

We are happy to inform you that the Open Heart Children’s Festival is among the selected festivals that have received the Effe Label 2017-2018 – a recognition of the European Festival Community, supported by the Association of Festivals in Europe.

The Association of European Festivals (EFA) brings together about 100 festivals and festival associations in 40 countries, enabling the international performance of any festival that wants to be part of a larger community.

Established in 1952 in Geneva, the EFA initially included only 15 festivals. The main idea of ​​the association is to show the different communities, through art, music and theater, focusing on the quality of performance and social inclusion.
