Amalipe Center with a donation of over 450 books for university libraries
After consulting all university libraries in the country about the availability of literature related to multicultural and ethnic issues in their shelves, the Amalipe Center found that in many places there is not a great variety of such. That’s why we decided to donate some of the titles published by the Amalipe Center, or those co-authored, over the years.
We selected 34 publications on various topics, including the aids for studying Ethnicity folklore classes – “Narrated roads” and “Stories by the fireplace”. Various manuals, including “Handbook of Roma History and Culture” – “Active Parents for Successful Children” and others.
Among the donated publications are collections of reports from scientific and practical conferences organized by the Amalipe Center and during which present prominent professionals in the field of education. You can also find various scientific or analytical publications in several languages - Bulgarian, English, Romanian, Portuguese, Norwegian and others. Students will have the opportunity to touch two of the books of Assoc. Prof. Yosif Nunev – “Monitoring the processes of inclusion and educational
integration and models for desegregation of Roma education” and “Pedagogical aspects of inclusion and integration in Bulgarian education.”
These, as well as other editions of the Amalipe Center will be available in the libraries of:
